On February 14, 2014, Freestyle launched a holistic marketing campaign for the brand-new company, Hide-Away Storm Shelters, that installs above-ground and collapsible storm shelters. Freestyle produced a television commercial and served Hide-Away Storm Shelters through a media buy, PR campaign, SEO/SEM and social media. Five outlets picked up the news release and the company landed a news spot when testing out the strength of their shelters by demolishing a school in Little Axe, OK on top of the shelter. Before marketing services, no storm shelters had been sold. By the end of tornado season, Hide-Away sold/installed 50 shelters. Visits to the website doubled each month and peaked in May at a 171,200% increase from February.
